You can’t have a Super Bowl party without hot wings! You can deep fry these if you like but tonight is about the game not standing over a hot stove top. Try cooking your wings in the oven ahead of time and then shaking them up with a couple of our suggested concoctions when you’re ready to serve. They’re just as good as the fried once and minus all the butter and added calories.

Cooking Instructions

* Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
* Space wings on cooking sheet so they are touching
* Bake for 40 minutes, turning one half-way through.
* Shake the wings up while they are still hot

Shaking Instructions: For variety have three different containers to shake wings in.

First Container: Buffalo Original

Shake the wings up with you own buffalo sauce or use one that is prepared. Franks sauce is the best because it is the original from Buffalo. The amount of heat you give your wings is determined by the proportion of sauce to wings and how long you shake them.

Second Container: Thai Sesame

* Thai sauce (either Thai Kitchen or KIKKOMAN)
* Sesame seeds

Third Container: Garlic Parmesan

Prepare a mixture of Garlic Salt and Dry ground parmesan and shake in container. This one is far all the babies in the crowd that can’t stand the heat. What are they going to do when their team gets behind?

Caution

Don’t leave the wings in the shaking containers because the steam will cause the meat to pull away from the bone. You can shake several batches in the same container by adding more sauce and wings. Don’t fill the container over half-full each time.
