Not many people would walk away from a two-time national football title winning team, but Caleb Castille did. Two generations of Caleb's family - his father, Jeremiah, and his two older brothers, Tim and Simeon - played football at the University of Alabama and went on to play in the NFL. But not Caleb. Castille was a senior at the University of Alabama and cornerback for the Crimson Tide, when he left the team to pursue acting. Caleb made his debut as lead actor, playing Tony Nathan in Woodlawn.
In college, he started to pursue worldly things and became depressed. He had everything a college guy could ever want but was still not fulfilled. The Lord pressed in on His heart that only He would bring him fulfillment. "You have nothing to lose when you trust in the Lord," he said.
