Kirk Cousins played quarterback for Michigan State in college and then went on to play for the Washington Redskins where he played in the 2017 Pro-Bowl. He currently plays for the Minnesota Vikings.
"I think for men, one of the top struggles is pride, thinking "I know better than God,"" he said. He also mentioned struggling with selfishness, self-control and sexual temptations. By the grace of God, he committed to purity and waited until marriage. One of the main verses he leans on is Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways, submit to Him and He will make your paths straight."
